By accessing or using Matrimo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Matrimo provides tools and content intended to support relationship wellness, including daily check-ins, intentional date planning, and research-backed resources. These services are offered for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Matrimo. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Matrimo to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person; • Share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others; • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; • Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it; • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or proprietary data.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by Matrimo — including text, graphics, illustrations, audio, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes within the platform.

Content you submit to Matrimo remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a license to host, store, and display it as needed to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Matrimo may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may change our fees with reasonable notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after notice is provided.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your activity creates legal risk or harm to Matrimo or others.

8. Disclaimers

Matrimo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. The content is not professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matrimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of Matrimo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
